Restoring Our Rivers Together

What We Do

MacInnis Natural Resources is supported by a multidisciplinary team with experience spanning fish habitat restoration, watershed planning, environmental monitoring, agriculture, and large-scale project management. Our staff bring a practical, field-first approach to environmental work, grounded in science and shaped by on-the-ground delivery across rural and working landscapes.

Team members have backgrounds in fisheries science, environmental management, agriculture, and natural resource operations, and are experienced working with landowners, watershed groups, municipalities, Indigenous partners, and regulators. This combination of technical expertise and practical problem-solving allows our team to design and implement projects that are effective, durable, and sensitive to both ecological and land-use realities.

From project planning and regulatory coordination through to construction, monitoring, and long-term stewardship, our staff are actively involved at every stage of a project’s lifecycle. We place a strong emphasis on safety, accountability, and adaptive management, ensuring that projects respond to site conditions and continue to perform over time.

MacInnis Natural Resources values collaboration, local knowledge, and a commitment to improving aquatic and riparian ecosystems while supporting responsible land use and development.
